Ans1) Evelyn’s initial experience at the royal Academy of
music was horribly bad. She was almost deaf. Her loss of hearing was severely
impaired due to gradual nerve damage. It was found by a specialist when she was
eleven years old. Evelyn overcame her handicap with determination and handwork.
She took the decision of completing a three year course at Royal Academy of
Music When she was auditioned, she scored the highest marks in the history of Royal Academy
of music. She had won most of the top awards at the end of her three years
course at Royal Academy of music.

Ans2) Evelyn was a determined and hardworking girl. With her
rock strong will power she overcame the obstacle that was presented by Nature.
In childhood she lost her hearing capabilities gradually. At the age of eleven

not want to give up. She took music as her passion. Her teachers discouraged
her but percussionist Ron Forbes guided her. She joined a three year course at
Royal Academy of Music. She captured most of top awards at the Royal Academy .
